CMR Group to showcase its full vessel automation technology at Seatec 2017

CMR Group has announced that it returns to the trade show in Carrara, Italy. The company prepares to showcase its full vessel automation technology.

Seatec, the international exhibition of technologies, subcontracting and design for boats, yachts and ships, opens from 29-31 March at CarraraFiere convention centre.

Equipment and systems as part of the company’s marine solutions are type approved by the leading classification societies and many of the leading yacht manufacturers, shipbrokers and shipyards use the company’s services and customer support.

CMR’s full vessel automation package includes power management and alarm monitoring technologies, and engine auxiliaries control supervisory systems based on a loop architecture Ethernet network system and communication with 15 on-board systems.

Gerard Baldellou, marine division manager at CMR, says Seatec will see the company showcase its extensive experience and expertise in the boat, superyachts and commercial ship sector.

“We anticipate significant interest at the show in our full vessel automation capabilities. We can manage all the requisite system design and development processes and are one of only a handful of experts capable of meeting the requirements of dedicated VIP applications.”

The CMR Group supplies instrumentation, controls and power management for vessels, marine, and engine and industrial applications around the world.
